Hamrick software5/21/2023 ![]() ![]() ![]() This journey felt unconventional, beginning in person in Orange County, continuing virtually during lockdown, and finishing on campus in Los Angeles. Today marks the end of my journey as a student at University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business. I look forward to sharing what comes next very soon. My efforts with human capital, culture, leader development, and change management consulting has been an absolute thrill and among the most enjoyable challenges of my career. There are many more people to credit and thank than I can mention or tag in one post. In addition, I’m extremely grateful for all of the amazing people who made this experience so worthwhile. Not to mention the vibrant community of Strengths advocates and coaches I’m now a part of for life through the CliftonStrengths coaching community. Thanks to the many friends I’ve made along the way that have made work so much more fun and meaningful. I would like to sincerely thank all the Gallup leaders and partners who contributed to my growth especially, Francis, Kristen, Nicole, Jennifer, Jenny, Kelli, Alana, Mike, Jeremy, Maika, Jaclynn, Christine and Jim. I have had some of the most amazing experiences working with tremendous colleagues and leaders, with clients across a wide breadth of exciting industries. Today, I share the bittersweet news that it is the last of my nearly five year tenure at Gallup.
